Every first Sunday in May — during Mental Health Week — thousands of people from coast to coast to coast take part in the BMO Walk so Kids Can Talk, supporting youth mental health and ensuring young people have a place to get help and Feel Out Loud. 

Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7 e-mental health service for youth. Since January 2020, young people have reached out more than 22 million times, turning to Kids Help Phone for free, confidential support whenever they need it. As needs continue to grow, Kids Help Phone is expanding access to care, advancing equity, and using innovation to ensure help is always within reach.
