BMO Walk so Kids Can Talk is a 5 km, family friendly event that takes place on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at in-person and virtual locations across Canada. Please check our locations details for more information.

 

How does it work?

Register

Registration only takes a few minutes. Create a team or register as an individual and then invite friends, family, or co-workers to join you.

Fundraise

By fundraising for the Walk, you can show young people there's a place for them to Feel Out Loud.

Setting a realistic goal will help keep you motivated and give you something concrete to work toward.

Event day

On Sunday May 5, 2024 - join us! Whether you're participating in-person or joining us virtually, we can't wait to connect with participants across Canada - from coast, to coast, to coast.

  • Is there a registration fee to participate?
    No, there is no registration fee to participate in BMO Walk so Kids Can Talk. There is, however, a suggested fundraising minimum of $100 per person.
  • How will the money I raise be used?
    One in two youth struggle with their mental health alone. The issues young people reach out about are more complex than ever before and compounding over time.
    By supporting Kids Help Phone, you can show young people there's a place for them to Feel Out Loud.
